Faithful Talent Terms of Service

Effective date: October 1, 2026

 

1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between you and Faithful Talent, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Faithful Talent," "we," "us"). They govern your use of faithfultalent.com and our related apps and services (the "Platform").

By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and the Statement of Conduct in Section 7. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

If you use the Platform for an employer, you confirm you have authority to bind that employer. If your employer has signed an order form or Master Service Agreement ("MSA") with us, it controls over these Terms where the two conflict on fees, term and other commercial matters.

 

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and use the Platform in the United States.

• You must give accurate, current information and keep it up to date.

• You may hold one personal account. Keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@faithfultalent.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

 

3. Statement of faith and membership

Faithful Talent is a professional network for Christian professionals and the organizations that want to engage them. To join, you must affirm the Nicene Creed. By affirming it, you represent that your affirmation is sincere and truthful.

Faith information you add to your profile is self-reported. We do not verify it. We may suspend or remove any account, at our discretion and without a refund, if we determine that a member has misrepresented their beliefs, no longer affirms the Nicene Creed, or has violated the Statement of Conduct.

 

4. A professional network, not an employment service

Faithful Talent provides a technology-enabled professional network. It helps members build their networks and discover employers and opportunities, and it helps employers show their culture and engage talent.

We are not an employment agency, recruiter, staffing firm or placement service. In particular:

• We do not make or influence hiring decisions, and we are not a party to any employment or work relationship formed between users.

• We are never paid for placements or for hiring into specific roles. We earn revenue from memberships to the network.

• We do not screen, vet, verify or run background checks on members or employers, and we do not guarantee any job, interview, candidate, connection or outcome.

• Members and employers are solely responsible for their own decisions, due diligence and compliance with law.

 

5. AI features

Role-Match and the Career Assistant use artificial intelligence, including third-party models such as Google Gemini, to suggest and prioritize matches. By using them, you agree to the following:

• Output is a suggestion only. It can be inaccurate or incomplete. Check it before you rely on it.

• Employers must not use match output as the sole basis for any employment decision. Employers remain responsible for complying with all laws that apply to their hiring, including laws on automated tools.

• We process your information for these features as described in the Privacy Policy.

• You may not attempt to extract, copy or reverse engineer our models, prompts or ranking methods.

• Do not enter sensitive information, such as health details, in the Career Assistant.

 

6. Your content and license

You own the profile information, posts, photos, videos and other material you submit ("Content"). 

You give Faithful Talent a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, display and distribute your Content on and through the Platform, including to other registered users, and to the public if you choose to make your profile publicly discoverable. This license also covers operating, securing and improving the Platform, including the AI processing described in the Privacy Policy.

The license ends when you delete the Content or your account, except for backup copies kept for the period in the Privacy Policy, Content that other users have already received or saved, and de-identified or aggregated data.

You confirm that you have the rights to your Content, that it is accurate, and that it does not violate any law or anyone's rights. We may remove Content that violates these Terms.

 

7. Statement of Conduct and prohibited uses

This Statement of Conduct is part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you agree to it. We also post it on our site. You agree to:

• Be truthful. Do not misrepresent your identity, beliefs, qualifications, employer or experience. Do not create fake accounts or impersonate others.

• Be respectful. Do not harass, threaten, demean or discriminate against others, or post hateful or sexually explicit material.

• Use the network for its purpose. Connect about professional opportunities. Do not send spam, run scams or multi-level marketing pitches, or send unrelated sales messages.

• Protect people's information. Use other users' information, including faith information, only to connect with them about opportunities. Never use it to harass, expose or unlawfully discriminate against anyone.

• Respect the Platform. Do not scrape, bulk export, or use bots or other automated means to collect data. Do not resell member data, test our security, or bypass access limits.

• Follow the law.

 

If you see a violation, tell us at support@faithfultalent.com. We may remove Content, restrict features, or suspend or end accounts that violate this Statement or these Terms.

 

Prohibited uses of the Platform and data. The Platform, and the data on it, including member profiles, faith information, company pages, job postings, match results and the way we organize them, are valuable to us and to our members. By accessing any part of the Platform, with or without an account, you agree that you will not:

• scrape, crawl, harvest or collect Platform data, whether by bot, spider, script, browser extension or any other automated or manual means at scale, or evade rate limits, blocks, CAPTCHAs or other access controls

• copy, republish, mirror or frame Platform content or data, in whole or in part, on another website, job board, app or database

• build, populate or improve a competing product or service, including a job board, talent network, recruiting database or directory

• sell, license, rent, share or give away Platform data to any third party, or use it for any purpose other than connecting with members about opportunities as these Terms permit

• use Platform data or members' contact details to market, sell or promote your own or anyone else's products or services, or to solicit donations, including recruiting, staffing, coaching, training, résumé, insurance, financial or fundraising services

• create lists, rankings, datasets or analytics from Platform data for use outside the Platform

• use Platform data, Content or AI output to train, fine-tune or evaluate any artificial intelligence or machine learning model

• identify, expose, target or profile any person by their faith, church or beliefs outside the Platform's purpose

• create accounts, or share or borrow credentials, to get around these limits, or help or encourage anyone else to do any of the above

 

A member may download their own profile data using the tools we provide. An employer may keep records of members it has individually engaged, as Section 8 allows.

Enforcement. A breach of this section is a material breach of these Terms. We may immediately block, suspend or end your access without refund, require you to delete the data you collected, and take any legal action available to us. You agree that a breach would cause us harm that money alone could not repair, so we may seek an injunction without posting a bond, in addition to damages. You will pay our reasonable legal fees and costs of enforcing this section.

 

8. Employer users

This section applies to employers, recruiters and anyone else using the Platform on an employer's behalf ("Employer Users").

Access and fees. Employers access the Platform through an annual membership under an order form and MSA with us. Fees, term and other commercial terms are in those documents and are outside these Terms.

Permitted use. You may search for members, view their profiles, and contact them to discuss professional opportunities. You may publish company pages and storytelling content about your organization.

Restrictions. You may not:

• resell, sublicense or share member information with anyone outside your organization

• scrape, bulk export, or copy member information into any database, applicant tracking system or marketing list, except for members you have individually engaged

• use member information to train AI models

• use member information for unrelated marketing

• share your login with anyone

 

Your hiring responsibilities. Any employer may join the Platform. You are solely responsible for your hiring decisions and for complying with all federal, state and local employment laws, including laws against discrimination. You must not use a member's faith information or any other protected characteristic to make an employment decision that is unlawful. Faith information is visible on the Platform for professional networking. We do not determine whether any employer qualifies for a religious or other exemption under employment law.

Equal opportunity. Faithful Talent supports hiring based on qualifications, experience and merit. Employers using the Platform must comply with all applicable employment laws, including laws against discrimination. Faithful Talent does not endorse or facilitate unlawful discrimination.

Employer content. You confirm you have the rights to your company content and that it is accurate. You grant us the license in Section 6 for that content. You are responsible for your Employer Users and their compliance with these Terms.

 

No placement services. We do not act as your agent. We do not charge placement, success or contingency fees.

 

9. Memberships, billing and auto-renewal

Plans and price. Member plans and their current subscription price are shown on our pricing page. The price you see when you subscribe is the price you pay for your current term. We may change prices for future terms. We will notify you before a new price applies to your renewal. Employer fees are set in the order form.

Automatic renewal. Paid memberships renew automatically for the same term, at the then-current price, until you cancel. Before you subscribe, we will show you the price, term and renewal terms, and ask you to agree. We will email you at least 7 days before each renewal, with the price and how to cancel.

How to cancel. You can cancel at any time in your account settings, or by emailing support@faithfultalent.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid term, and you keep access until then. You will not be charged again.

Free trials and promotions. If we offer a free trial or promotional period, we will tell you how long it lasts and the price after it ends. A trial converts to a paid membership unless you cancel before it ends. We will remind you before it converts.

Refunds. Except where the law or your order form requires otherwise, fees are non-refundable. We may give refunds or credits at our discretion. A refund in one case does not create a right to one in another.

Payment. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method for fees and applicable taxes. If a payment fails, we may suspend your paid features until it is resolved.

10. Referral program

Members may invite friends, colleagues and other professionals to the Platform and earn free membership time ("Referral Rewards").

• Qualifying referral. A referral qualifies when the person you invited creates an account and completes onboarding.

• Reward amount. Unless we state otherwise in the app, each qualifying referral earns 30 days of free membership. We may offer different or additional rewards and promotions from time to time, depending on season or need.

• Stacking and cap. Referral Rewards and promotional offers can stack. A member can hold no more than 12 months of free membership from Referral Rewards at one time.

• No cash value. Referral Rewards are not money. They cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for cash. If you close your account or we end it, unused Referral Rewards are forfeited.

• Fair use. Refer only people you know who would welcome an invitation. Do not refer yourself, create fake accounts, send spam, or advertise the program publicly. We may disqualify a referral and cancel its reward if we suspect abuse.

• Changes. We may change, suspend or end the program at any time. Changes apply to future referrals. We will honor rewards you have already earned, except where there was fraud or abuse.

• Referred people. You confirm that you may share the contact details you give us. We use a referred person's information as described in the Privacy Policy, including the notice of financial incentive.

 

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and share personal information, and it is part of these Terms. Please read it, including the sections on faith information, AI features and how employers and recruiters access member profiles.

 

12. Our intellectual property

The Platform, including its software, AI features, design, text, graphics and trademarks, belongs to Faithful Talent or its licensors. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Platform for its intended purposes under these Terms. All other rights are reserved. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer or create derivative works from the Platform, except as the law allows.

If you give us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without limit and without paying you.

 

13. Copyright complaints

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe material on the Platform infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated copyright agent: Copyright Agent, Faithful Talent, Inc., c/o Delaware Corporate Headquarters LLC, 8 The Green, Ste A, Dover, DE 19901, email support@faithfultalent.com. Your notice must include:

• your name, contact details and signature

• a description of the copyrighted work

• the location of the material on the Platform

• a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized

• a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you own or are authorized to act for the owner

We may remove the material and notify the user who posted it. That user may send a counter-notice. We may end the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe.

 

14. Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time in your account settings. We may suspend or end your access, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, misrepresent your beliefs or identity, fail to pay, create risk or legal exposure for us or others, or if we discontinue the Platform.

When your access ends, your right to use the Platform ends. We will handle your information as described in the Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should continue, including Sections 6, 7, 12, 15 through 19 and 21, will continue. Prepaid fees are not refunded, except where the law or your order form requires.

 

15. Third-party services

The Platform may let you sign in with, or link to, third-party services such as LinkedIn or Google. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for them.

 

16. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that you will find a job, a candidate, a connection or any particular result. We do not verify the identity, beliefs, qualifications or conduct of any user, and we are not responsible for the accuracy of user Content or AI output. You deal with other users at your own risk.

Some states do not allow certain disclaimers, so some of these may not apply to you.

 

17. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, FAITHFUL TALENT AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OPPORTUNITIES OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM THE PLATFORM OR THESE TERMS.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE PLATFORM OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE OR $100.

These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law. If you have signed an MSA with us, its limitation of liability applies to your use as an employer.

 

18. Indemnification

You will defend and indemnify Faithful Talent and its officers, directors, employees and affiliates against claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your Content, your breach of these Terms, your violation of law or anyone's rights, and, for employers, your hiring decisions and practices.

 

19. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Before filing a claim, each party will first try to resolve the dispute informally by written notice to the other, and will negotiate in good faith for 30 days. Any claim not resolved will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and each party consents to their jurisdiction and venue. Either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information, or to enforce Section 7.

 

20. General terms

• Entire agreement. These Terms, the Privacy Policy and any order form or MSA are the entire agreement between us about the Platform.

• Severability. If a part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.

• No waiver. Not enforcing a term does not waive it.

• Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

• Notices. We may notify you by email, in the Platform or by posting on our site. You may notify us at the address below.

• Events beyond our control. We are not responsible for failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.

• Electronic agreement. You agree to these Terms electronically, and that has the same effect as a signature.

 

21. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will notify you by email or in the Platform before it takes effect. If you keep using the Platform after the effective date, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not accept them, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account.
