Introducing
Faith Signals from
Christian Leaders
We’ve done the hard work of combing through public data to surface signals of leaders' who show faith signals, categorized by Visible (faith-forward), Moderate, and Subtle.
There’s no such thing as a Christian company (entities won’t be saved), but there are Christian leaders. Every leader expresses and integrates their faith differently. We can't guarantee that your manager or team member shares your beliefs, but joining forces with fellow believers leading companies can be a powerful witness in the marketplace.
The Wait is over
Welcome to
FaithDrivenTalent
A network of ambitious Christian professionals who want better access to purposeful work at companies led by faith-driven leaders. We are a talent network committed to finding and deploying Christians to work for companies whose missions they actually believe in. Our job is to surface opportunities, insights, and expedite connections in your career search. Many companies want to find you but they can’t. You want to find them, but it’s almost impossible. This network is for talent aimed at glorifying God by co-laboring with other believers for the betterment of industry, culture and society until Jesus returns.

Faithful Talent Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 1, 2026 · Last updated: October 1, 2026
1. Introduction
Faithful Talent, Inc. ("Faithful Talent," "we," "us") operates a software-as-a-service platform at faithfultalent.com and related apps (the "Platform"). The Platform uses artificial intelligence, employer storytelling content and referral tools. It helps Christian professionals build their network and find employers and jobs. It also helps employers show their culture and engage talent.
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. It applies to:
-
Members: professionals who create a personal profile
-
Employer users: employers and recruiters who manage company pages, post roles, search the network or invite candidates
-
Visitors to our websites
-
People referred to the Platform by a member
Faithful Talent, Inc., a Delaware corporation, is responsible for your personal information. Our mailing address is c/o Delaware Corporate Headquarters LLC, 8 The Green, Ste A, Dover, DE 19901. You can reach us at support@faithfultalent.com.
The Platform is operated in the United States and intended for users in the United States. This Policy is governed by US law.
2. Summary of key points
-
Christian Faith is central to our network. To join, you must affirm the Nicene Creed. You may also choose to share how you practice your faith, such as church involvement and leadership roles. We treat all of this as sensitive information and process it only with your explicit consent.
-
Your profile is visible to other registered users, including employers and recruiters. It is hidden from the public unless you choose to make it publicly discoverable.
-
You own and control your profile. You can edit it, download it or delete it at any time.
-
We use AI to suggest matches. Our Role-Match and Career Assistant features use Google Gemini. AI suggests matches; it does not make hiring decisions. Employers and members decide.
-
We do not sell your personal information. Employers and recruiters pay us for access to search the network so they can contact you about opportunities. That is the service you join for, not a sale. We do not share personal information for targeted advertising.
-
You have privacy rights. These include access, correction, deletion and portability. See Section 11.

If you sign in with a third-party account where available, such as LinkedIn or Google, we receive the basic profile information you allow that service to share.
4. Faith information
Faithful Talent is a network for Christian professionals and the organizations that want to hire them. Because of that, we handle information about your religious beliefs. US state privacy laws treat this as sensitive personal information, and so do we.
What we collect
-
Statement of faith (required). To join the network, you must affirm the Nicene Creed. This shared foundation is what defines our community. Without it we cannot offer the service.
-
Faith practice (optional). We invite you to describe how you practice your faith, such as church involvement, ministry service and leadership roles. You choose whether to answer and what to say.
How we treat it
-
All faith information is self-reported. It is part of a profile that you manage and own. We do not contact churches or third parties to verify it.
-
We process it only with your explicit consent, which you give when you join and when you add optional details.
-
Faith information on your profile is visible to other registered users, including employers (see Section 7).
-
We use it to run the network, display your profile and improve the relevance of matches. We never sell it, never use it for advertising, and never share it outside the Platform except as described in Section 7.
Your choices
-
You can edit or remove optional faith-practice details at any time.
-
You can withdraw your consent to the statement of faith by closing your account. The affirmation is a condition of membership, so we cannot keep your account open without it. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before you withdrew it.

We use faith information only with your consent, and only to run the network, display your profile and improve matches.
6. AI, Role-Match and the Career Assistant
Our AI features suggest and prioritize matches, but people make every hiring and career decision.
What the features do
-
Role-Match compares member profiles with roles and employers. It suggests the closest matches to members, and it suggests to employers which members to invite.
-
The Career Assistant answers your questions, helps you explore roles, and prioritizes matches for you.
How your information is used
-
The features use your profile, career information, optional faith-practice details, Career Assistant conversations, and your feedback on matches.
-
We use Google Gemini as the underlying AI model. Google processes this information as our service provider, under contract, only to return results to us. Google does not use it to train its models.
-
We use your Career Assistant conversations to improve or train AI models only with your permission. You can withdraw that permission at any time by emailing support@faithfultalent.com.
Limits and your choices
-
Matches are suggestions. We do not make decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you based solely on automated processing. Employers and recruiters decide whom to contact, invite or hire, and you decide which roles to pursue.
-
AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. Check important information before relying on it.
-
You can ask how a match was generated, ask for a human to review a match, or tell us a match is wrong. Email support@faithfultalent.com.
-
Please do not enter information in the Career Assistant that you would not want processed, such as health details or other people's personal information.

Paid employer and recruiter access. Employers and recruiters pay Faithful Talent for access to search member profiles and contact members about job opportunities. When you join, you direct us to make your profile available to them for this purpose. This is a core part of the service you sign up for, and it is not a sale of your personal information.
Our Terms of Service allow employers and recruiters to use member information only to connect with members about opportunities. They may not resell it, copy it into other databases, or use it for unrelated marketing.

We collected this information for the business purposes in Section 5. For referral information about people who are not members, see Section 10 for retention.
No sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we have not done so in the past 12 months. Employers and recruiters who pay for access to search the network see member profiles because members direct us to make their profiles available to them (Section 7). Under the CCPA, a disclosure the consumer directs is not a sale. We do not have actual knowledge that we sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16, and the Platform is only for users 18 and older. Because we do not sell or share personal information, we do not provide a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link.
Sensitive personal information. We use and disclose sensitive personal information only for purposes permitted by the CCPA regulations (Cal. Code Regs. tit. 11, § 7027(m)). These include providing the services you request, security and fraud prevention. We do not use it to infer characteristics about you. For this reason we are not required to offer a right to limit its use, but you can remove optional faith details or close your account at any time (Section 4).
Your California rights. You have the right to:
-
Know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect, its sources, our purposes, and the categories of recipients
-
Delete personal information we collected from you
-
Correct inaccurate personal information
-
Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do neither)
-
Limit the use of sensitive personal information (see above)
-
Non-discrimination: we will not deny service, charge different prices or provide a different quality of service because you exercised your rights
How to exercise your rights. Email support@faithfultalent.com. We confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days. If we need more time, we may extend this by up to 45 more days and will tell you why.
Verification. To protect your information, we verify your identity before responding. Usually this means confirming the request through the email address on your account, or asking you to sign in. For requests for specific pieces of information, we may ask for more details that match what we hold. We will not ask for more information than we need, and we use it only for verification.
Authorized agents. An authorized agent may submit a request for you. We will ask the agent for your signed permission. We may also ask you to verify your identity directly, unless the agent holds a valid power of attorney.
Opt-out preference signals. We treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser as a valid request to opt out of sale and sharing for that browser and any account linked to it.
Notice of financial incentive: referral rewards. Our referral program is a financial incentive under the CCPA.
-
What it is. For each successful referral, the referring member earns 30 days of free service, worth $19.99, as described in our Terms of Service. Rewards can stack, up to 12 months of free service at one time.
-
Personal information involved. The name and email address of the person you refer, your relationship to them, and records linking the referral and any reward to your account.
-
How to opt in. You join the program by choosing to send a referral. Sending referrals is optional.
-
How to withdraw. You can stop sending referrals at any time, or email support@faithfultalent.com to leave the program. Free time you have earned stays available while your account is open. If you close your account before using it, unused free time is forfeited.
-
Value of the information. We estimate that the referred person's information is worth $19.99, the value of the reward. We based this on the price of one month of service, which is what we give for a successful referral.
-
People you refer. We use their information only to send a single invitation on your behalf. If they do not join, we delete it after 90 days. Please refer only people you know who would welcome the invitation.
Shine the Light. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes. California residents may ask us about this once a year, free of charge, by emailing support@faithfultalent.com.
Do Not Track. Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no common standard for responding to it, so we do not respond to it. We do honor GPC as described above.
Other states. If you live in another state with a consumer privacy law, you have the rights in Section 11. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision, and then contact your state attorney general.
13. Security, minimum age, changes and contact
Security. We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No system is completely secure. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and the authorities as the law requires.
Minimum age. You must be at least 18 to use the Platform. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone younger. If we learn that we have, we will delete it. Contact us if you believe a minor has created an account.
Changes to this Policy. We will post updates here and change the effective date. If a change is material, we will notify you by email or in the Platform before it takes effect. Where the law requires it, we will ask for your consent again.
